How an Antenna Friend comes to Life
Prior to each production run, a school is approached with the mascot concept and design. Our artists sketch different scenarios, positions, and poses for our specific project. After an official approval is given, the three-dimensional sketching is fine-tuned and turned over to our modeling department. Here, the dolls are usually produced a couple of times to ensure character feature accuracy, balance, color matching, and the overall "appeal" of the character. Once a clay master has been finalized, the master is then used to make a mold for injection molding plastic applications. Dolls are produced, sanded, painted, packaged, then shipped to our distribution warehouse in Phoenix, AZ.
Antenna Friendz figurines were designed with automobile antenna applications in mind, but also come supplied with its own stage mounting device for those who would like to showcase their schools mascot on their desk, dashboard, window sill, or anywhere else school spirit is needed.
We are currently in pre-production stages for other colleges, universities, and charactures. If you are interested in having your own Antenna Friend created, please contact our sales division here. |
